Design pressure and flow rate is an important aspect of having an effective spray device. If inadequate flow rate and/or pressure is being used and is not within the technical parameters. This may cause improper cleaning and may create product contamination.
Location is key, if your spray device is not located properly. Efficiency maybe compromised.
Baffles, agitators and/or other components maybe causing blind areas.
General static patterns like 360°or 180° may not be enough for hard to reach areas.
When upgrading your equipment and adding modification it is important to test your spray device.
